I sit here at the start of December looking out onto a winter scene, though some of you may think we sit back and relax during this period, the truth is most years we are busier in winter with repair and renovation than at any other time of the year. 2012 watched us host a successful Scottish Open and the Tour seems to be happy with changes that were made so there are no major changes for 2013. This has given us breathing space to do bunker renovations, aeration and just a general tidy up around the links along with giving the guys a bit of a rest after a long hard year.
